Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Starvilla Mount Abu. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation or using our services.
Reservations:
All reservations must be made through our website or by calling our reservations team directly. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is made using an invalid or unauthorized credit card.
Payment:
Payment for your reservation is due upon arrival at the hotel. We accept payment in the form of cash, credit cards, or debit cards. A valid credit card is required at check-in to cover any incidental charges that may be incurred during your stay.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is at 12:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact our front desk for more information.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel your reservation. However, please note that we have a cancellation policy in place, which varies depending on the rate plan you choose. Please refer to the cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Damages and Liabilities:
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay, including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, and equipment. We reserve the right to charge the guest for any damages caused. Guests are also liable for any injuries caused to themselves or others during their stay.
Non-Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms and public areas. Guests who violate this policy may be charged a cleaning fee.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises, with the exception of service animals.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by the current terms and conditions.

According to government regulations, Each guest has to carry a valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
staying at Starvilla. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar card, Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Any suspicious individual who fails to provide necessary documents for check-in will be denied entry.
The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. All children above 6 years are chargeable.
The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by Starvilla
Customer has to carry a copy of booking voucher at the time of check in.

Right of admission reserved.
Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
Groups with only male guests are not allowed at this property
No smoking and alcohol consumption allowed at public places in the property
Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors in the room during their stay. They can use common areas to meet their visitors.
